I used to be an overthinker. Now, instead of a mental effort to make a serious decision I listen to what my Higher Self is telling me, no matter how irrational it may sound.
Higher Self or SUPER-conscious (a Jungian term) – is a part of us that holds guidance about the optimal path and potential for our life.
Rational thinking might interfere with choosing the best path and only seems to be right because rational solutions are familiar and comfortable.
That’s the way my best decisions in life were made:
- Instead of pursuing a stable career in academia with solid leadership prospects, I ventured into holistic skincare, which gradually evolved into my dream job.
- I chose home birth for my second child after a c-section with the first.
- I came to the realization that I could and would write books, eventually becoming a three-time published author.
- I never gave up. I successfully lifted my business out of huge debt and made Forbes’ Top 30 Women-Led businesses in my home country the same year.
I am lucky to have met and worked alongside amazing people, visioners, creators. Numerous times, I have witnessed the moment they get breakthrough ideas. Just in case you wondered, they GET them, as in RECEIVE them – these ideas are not the result of their active continuous thinking. The source of their endless inspiration, new plans, and ideas is their access to their Higher Self, whether they are aware of this source or not. We all have different names for it—intuition, divine inspiration, insights, gut feelings—but what matters is that they are connected and hearing their Higher Self at that moment.
Nadzeya and I simply broke this process of “getting” feedback from your Higher Self into an algorithm and created a tool so that your process of getting guidance, answers and inspiration changed from spontaneous and unpredictable to the one you can rely on.

It wasn’t logical or sensible for me to leave a secure state job with a solid salary for the uncertainty of opening a psychological help center while also supporting three kids and paying out a mortgage.
It wasn’t logical or sensible to be spending substantial sums to study osteopathy and homeopathy while I was already a successful practicing psychologist.
It wasn’t sensible or logical to bring my family to Italy on a tourist visa with the goal of immigrating but without a clear path to do that.
It wasn’t sensible or logical to be buying professional art supplies when I hadn’t painted a thing in my life before.
It isn’t sensible or logical to be opening an art gallery to promote social art.
It isn’t logical to practice osteopathy remotely and even teach this method to others. It simply doesn’t make any sense.
None of this makes sense, and yet it is the whole world to me, as it keeps my life extremely meaningful. I felt alive in every chapter of my life’s journey. I discovered and re-discovered myself in every one of these roles, and I also made thousands of people happy and healthy along the way.
Every moment of my life is just the right moment, and I enjoy it. When I lose this feeling, I know it is time to go, time to turn the page, and I do just that without regrets. I am now used to hearing my Higher Self clearly, my superconscious, and following its direction. Not once have I regretted following my Higher Self, but I have regretted every time following my scared, cautious mind or sense of pride.
