Higher Self term definition
We have long been familiar with the term “subconscious,” which refers to the level of awareness that lies below the conscious mind. The subconscious consists of your memories, past desires, and emotions that are not within the grasp of your conscious mind but still significantly influence your behaviors and perception of life.
The term “SUPERCONSCIOUSNESS,” or “Higher Self” is used much less frequently but has way more important meaning for a person’s life. The Higher Self is a level of awareness that goes above a person’s previous experiences and ego.

Even the founder of analytical psychology, Carl Gustav Jung, emphasized that this level of awareness is a path to human potential and wholeness.
