You may be eligible for a refund if all of the conditions below are true:
- It is less than 30 days from the date your received your package
- Your purchase is unused and in the exact condition that you received it
- Your Purchase is in its original packaging (Open Items cannot be returned)
- Accompanied by a receipt, packing list, or other proof of purchase.
If the above conditions are true you may contact Dichkovska Inc. via e-mail returns@paradiseoracle.com to receive a refund authorization. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for items that do not have a prior e-mail authorization from Dichkovska Inc.
If you receive a Return Authorization you may pack and ship your items back to Dichkovska Inc. (Shipping address will be provided in Return Authorization email). Shipping and Shipping Costs for a return back to Dichkovska Inc is the sole responsibility of the customer.
When your return is received and meets all requirements stated above, we will send an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The Original Shipping Charge is not included in the refund amount.
